The Camp Chase Trail is now 13.5 miles and the  completed trail will be 15 miles and a central part of both the Ohio to Erie Trail and the US Bicycle Route 50.

Mission: To improve quality of life in the Hilltop Community by promoting healthy outdoor activities, building stronger community, and inviting tourism.

Goals of the action plan:
1. Increase safety of the trail
2. Create a community destination
3. Increase economic well being of the Hilltop Community by promoting tourism.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THE OHIO TO ERIE TRAIL: 
(Updated August 2016)
As the last part of the Camp Chase Trail nears completion, here is how to navigate the Ohio to Erie Trail on street route: [Road Route Connector is 2.5 miles total] 
Start: Current Camp Chase Trail Segment end at Sullivant Ave. 
East on Sullivant Ave. (0.25 mile) 
North on Georgesville Road [heavy traffic] (0.25 mile) 
East on Sullivant Ave (1.2 miles) 
North on Demorest Rd (0.6 mile) 
West on Olive St. (one block, 0.05 mile) 
North on Derrer Rd. which ends at the Camp Chase Trail (0.15 mile) 
Turn right at the Trail and head northeast (1.5 miles) 
When trail ends, go North on N. Eureka Ave 
East on Valleyview Dr (which becomes Highland then Harper) 
Finish: McKinley Ave (Start to Finish is 4.5 miles) 

Cross McKinley Ave and enter the Scioto Greenway trail via the Hilltop Connector Bridge, at the end of the connector bridge go LEFT at the fork to follow the Scioto Greenway Trail toward downtown where you connect to the downtown connector which leads to the Alum Creek Trail Northbound.)
